- 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate Flavour plus 1/4 cup cocoa powder OR 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 Tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 avocado
- Wheat bran for extra fibre (optional)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200° Celcius and grease a square baking dish. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and bake for 15 minutes.
Brownies for breakfast? Only about 100 calories per serving?… Have 3!
