Brownies for Breakfast

Believe it.


  • 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate Flavour plus 1/4 cup cocoa powder OR 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Wheat bran for extra fibre (optional)



Preheat the oven to 200° Celcius and grease a square baking dish. Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and bake for 15 minutes.











Brownies for breakfast? Only about 100 calories per serving?… Have 3!
