  1. Shea, your photos, journalism, and wit are neatly wrapped up into a gift of visual and epicurean delight. I want to include a photo of my favorite shake so far: 2T vanilla powder, 1t protein powder, fresh raspberries with their delectable juice trailing behind, banana, fat free strawberry or any berry yoghurt, ice cubes, and water. Scrummy. I’d like to attach a photo but I can’t find here how to do that.
