Censored: Macadamia and White Chocolate Blondies

CAUTION: Not for stickler health nuts. Full fat, full sugar, birthday blondies! This recipe may induce cravings, gawking, and gorging.

White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut Blondies

Does it get any gooey-er?


  • 300g white chocolate, chopped
  • 175g butter, cubed
  • 300g caster sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 225g plain flour
  • 100g macadamia nuts, roughly chopped. Plus more to sprinkle on top.

White Chocolate and Macadamia BlondiesDirections: Preheat the oven to 200°C . Line the base and sides of a tin with baking parchment. In a bowl set over a pan of simmering water, melt 1/2 the chocolate and butter together, stirring now and again until smooth. Remove, and leave to cool for about 20 minutes.Once the chocolate has melted, mix in the sugar. Using a whisk, stir in the eggs one at a time, making sure each is well mixed in before you add the next. Sift in the flour, fold it in, and then stir in the nuts and the rest of the chocolate. CAUTION: Make sure you preheat the oven to avoid being left alone too long with this delicious dough! Bake for 20 minutes, or until just firm to the touch on top but still soft underneath. Leave to cool completely in the tin, then cut into squares.Link of the Day:
