6. Get your zzzz

9. Keep on Movin’

10.  Keep it Chilled

Last but not least, is reducing stress. Not only will this benefit your weight loss, but it will improve all aspects of your life. So spend time in beautiful surroundings, switch off that cellphone, BREATHE, and slow down… your body and brain will thank you for it.
