- 2 Scoops Herbalife F1 Cookies n Cream
- Caramel yoghurt
Lauks Stewart’s convenient Quick Pick me Up
- 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
- 1 Tsp Instant Coffee
Laura Fleischack’s Mocha Monkey Shake
- 2 Scoops Herbalife F1 Chocolate
- 1 Banana
- Mixed chopped nuts
Cath Neethling’s Bananoat Shake
- 2 Scoops Herbalife F1 Cookies n Cream
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/3 cups oats
Bianca Stewart’s Superfood Shake-Up
- 2 Scoops Herbalife F1 Vanilla
- Frozen blueberries (superfood alert!)
- Apple
- Almonds
B also likes adding coconut oil and chia seeds (choc-a-bloc with Omegas)
For a filling fix, Laurie Kohrs and her family love the Green Cream Supreme as well as Chocolate or Vanilla Herbalife F1 mixed with oats and peanut butter.
Old-timer’s Treat:
My Ganna… And as for my Gran, she loves to mix her shake with ice cream. She’s 86 – it’s 100% allowed.
