Meat Free Monday: Veggie Scramble Wraps

Is it too soon for another Meat Free Monday Brupper? Or may I please just have breakfast for every meal of the day?


Spot the peanut butter… 🙂

After a holiday sans-veggies, my body was crying for some vegetation. Simply chop up every veggie you have in the fridge, scramble with eggs, and wrap it up. I added salt, feta, cayenne pepper and sundried tomatoes. And, sigh, I couldn’t resist the peanut butter.
