- 1/2 Avo (Healthy Fat, Check!)
- 1 -2 slices wholewheat seed bread (Wholegrain carb, check!)
- Smoked/plain chicken breast (Lean protein, check)
- Side salad (Veg, check)
- Followed by fruit and yoghurt for pud (Fruit, low fat dairy, check)
