The perfect, surprisingly healthy, Meat Free Monday meal

Ingredients:

  • Wholewheat wraps (ah, haaaaa.. holla all y’all lovers of thin crust, high fibre, low calorie, easy-as-opening-a-bag pizza bases!)

Toppings of choice:

My personal favourite:

  • Pesto sauce base
  • Caramelized Onion (simply fry up onion rings with butter, sugar, and salt)
  • Roasted Butternut
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Blue/Gorgonzola cheese
  • Rocket from your herb garden to garnish
  • Avo on top
