Refined sugar free, gluten free, can be veganised (omit chocolate chips). No guarantees on the fat-free-front, but these no bake bars are such a hit with, well, anyone who has taste buds.
- 1 cup sugar-free peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup unrefíned coconut oil
- 2 cups dry oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts/pecans (optional)
- 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chíps
- 1 t vanílla extract
Melt the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil over medium-low heat.
Pour ínto a pan and cool ín the frídge. When set, cut ínto bars and store in the fridge (if they last that long!)
