Sugar Free NutterButter Cookies

From butternut to nutbut…
(Did I mention sugar free?)


– 2/3 cup sugar free PB (smooth, chunky, home-made – I dabbled with all 3)
– 1 cup quick-cooking oats
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/3 cup Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla, Chocolate, or Cookie and Cream
– 1 egg
– Drizzle – 3Tbsp honey, to taste (optional)

Simply mix all of the above and cook for 10 minutes or so at 180 degrees. As you can see, I tried very hard to make mine all the same size:
