- 2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla
- 200 ml milk/ soy milk/ plain yoghurt
- Half an apple, “baked” in the microwave (see Warm Winter Appler Cinnamon Shake)
- Half a cup mashed butternut/ pumpkin, cooked
- 1 Tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tsp nutmeg
Simply blend all of the above and serve warm or chilled. Butternut for a better breakfast. Gimme.
