More protein than a chicken thigh, high calcium, high potassium, more fibre than a slice of whole wheat health bread, and guaranteed to be more delicious than if you were to blend all of the above together!

Make 2 servings


  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup Herbalife Formula 1 (flavour of your choice)
  • 250ml yoghurt (plain or flavoured)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/8 cup peanut butter, preferably sugar free
  • Sprinkles to garnish

Life’s uncertain.. eat dessert first.
