Pineapple is my favourite fruit – sweet, tangy, tropical, and just plain frikken-delicious! This shake uses cayenne pepper for some extra skok!
2 Scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla , Tropical, or Strawberry
200 ml yoghurt
50 ml water/milk/soy milk
Half a small pineapple
A pinch (or more!) cayenne pepper
Roughly chop your pineapple and crush it in a food processor or blender with a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix your Formula 1, yoghurt, and liquid (to your taste), and layer the piney peppery crush on top. I recommend eating this one with a spoon, scooping the cayenne crush into the creamy, mild yoghurt. Go on, I dare you!
